I had the great experience with working with Rox’s Roofing to get my roof replaced this past year. We called them out to look at some spots that were worn down and trying to get an quote on fixing those areas but Rox was able to really … More show us how bad the roof was due to recent hail damage that we never even thought about checking for. Rocky was able to go on the roof, make markings to show insurance exactly where the issues are and made the process so much easier so that when the insurance came out, they really could not argue the case. Rocky has the technology needed for both photos and weather information that makes a ton of difference in knowing how to communicate with insurance as well. The team came out and did a great and quick job ensuring the quality that was established early on. Rocky also really was helpful and had a lot of patience with dealing with my insurance and their processes. I don’t get anything from doing this review but felt after the experience I had, that others should know and hopefully have those same experiences as well.
