• Rocky personally took the time to explain the options, costs and the insurance process.
• They went through the roofing process and told us exactly what to expect.
• Rocky came out several times to bring samples, discuss the difference between tile and metal roofs. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our decisions.
• Delivery of the tiles was flawless. The crew place them on the roof with a lift the Friday prior to the project starting on Monday.
• The Rox Roofing crew was on time each day and it was evident every employee knew what their part of the job was. They worked well together and with great efficiency.
• Rocky was meticulous with cleanliness and ensuring our property was protected and respected. He personally walked the property each day to ensure everything was going smoothly and in place.
